Gate Opens and Closes Uncontrollably
If a Parklio Gate begins to open and close uncontrollably after a period of normal operation, the most common causes are either the photocells or the Gate configuration itself.
In most cases, the first step is to check whether the photocells are working properly. It is also important to inspect the batteries inside the photocells, as weak or empty batteries may lead to unstable performance or false signals. Another possible cause is direct sunlight affecting the photocells. This is often easiest to recognize when the barrier behaves uncontrollably only during a specific part of the day. If the photocells and their batteries are found to be in good condition, but the issue still persists, the next step is to calibrate the Gate. Incorrect settings or a loss of calibration can sometimes cause the Gate to behave irregularly.
