Bollard does not work with the App

  • Standard reset procedure

  • Check if they can hear a clicking noise when they give a command with the app

  • Check if the light on the Brain is working correctly (it should be red and turn green when you restart the brain

  • Client should give any impulse by short circuiting the LO and COM port 18
    Note: COM port is written on the board as a down arrow
    When they short circuit that they should have a message displayed on the LED display saying OP (open) or CL (closed) 

  • Check if you can use the Bollard with the remote control (if yes, something is wrong with the brain)

  • Do the Automatic learning process
