If the barrier has been working normally and suddenly stops connecting to the Parklio App, follow the steps below to identify and resolve the issue.
Make sure the barrier is turned on. When the battery is connected, check whether the green LED is blinking on the barrier. If the green LED is not blinking, the barrier may not be broadcasting a Bluetooth signal.
To reset the barrier take the following steps:
Disconnect the battery
Cover the solar panel to prevent any residual power supply
Wait 2 minutes
Reconnect the battery
Check whether the green LED starts blinking again
Location
Bluetooth
Internet connection
All permissions granted to the Parklio App, especially Bluetooth and Location
Make sure all of the above are enabled on your device. If any of these settings are disabled, the app may not be able to detect the barrier.
Try the following steps:
Close the Parklio App completely
Restart your phone
Reopen the app
Try scanning again
Stand right next to the barrier while scanning.
If the barrier can only be detected from very close range, this may indicate an antenna issue.
Inspect the accelerometer cable inside the motor tube.
If the cable is disconnected, the LED may blink twice in sequence, which can also affect connectivity.
If the barrier still cannot be detected after completing all steps above, and you have already:
factory reset the barrier,
deleted it from the app and tried adding it again,
and confirmed that the battery is fully charged,
the issue may be caused by a hardware problem, such as the antenna or internal electronics.
