Barrier is Not Configured
This error usually appears when the app is opened without an internet connection after cached data has been removed from the phone. In that case, the Parklio Connect app cannot access the device configuration locally and must first sync it again from the server.
To resolve the issue, connect your phone to the internet, open the Parklio Connect app, and log in. The app will then automatically download the required configuration data. After the sync is complete, try connecting to the Barrier again.
If the error still appears, make sure the app is updated to the latest version. If necessary, reinstall the app and log in again while connected to the Internet. Also check that the Barrier is powered on and that its LED is blinking green. If the Barrier was never fully set up, it may need to be reset and added again.
