How to solve dirty sensor error

After cleaning the device sensor, the device sensor does not automatically change the state since the laser is only triggered by

​environmental changes to preserve battery life.

Steps to remove the error:

    • Remove any obstruction on the laser

    • Clean the laser as shown in the user manual

    • Connect to the device with your app

    • Ensure it operates correctly by extending and lowering

    • This will remove the device sensor dirty flag
