How to Resolve the “Dirty Sensor” Error
After cleaning the device sensor, the device sensor does not automatically change the state since the laser is only triggered by environmental changes to preserve battery life.
Steps to remove the error:
Remove any obstruction on the laser
Clean the laser as shown in the user manual
Connect to the device with your App
Ensure it operates correctly by extending and lowering - it will remove the device sensor dirty flag
