How to Calibrate the Chain?

(Note: Parklio™ Chains come pre-calibrated from the factory. Calibration is only required if the chain length has been changed or adjusted. In some cases due to transport and installation Chain is required to be calibrated)

Step-by-Step Calibration Guide:

  1. Set the Chain to the UP Position
Switch the chain to manual mode, then press and hold the yellow button until the chain fully rises.
Check that the internal spring is correctly positioned, as shown in the reference image.

  2. Enter Calibration Mode

    • Switch the chain back to automatic mode.

    • Briefly press and release the BLUE button.

    • The LED will start flashing, indicating that the chain has entered calibration mode.

  3. Lower the Chain

    • Press the BLUE button again to start lowering the chain.

    • Once the chain reaches the desired down position (ensure the inner spring aligns with the black switch and is not overstretched), press the BLUE button once more.
🔒 This saves the down position.

  4. Test the Movement via App

    • Open the Parklio™ app, connect to the chain, and press the Close button.

    • The chain should rise to the UP position.

    • Use the app to lower and raise the chain one more time to complete the calibration process.

🚫 Important: Ensure there are no obstructions or objects on the photocells during calibration.
