A possible solution for this problem is to first increase the torque on the motor and do the calibration process after that.
Note: If the torque screw is set to maximum then the potentiometer will got minimum and the
torque will be lowered instead of increased
Instruction for the calibration process
Calibration (chains are factory pre-calibrated, but this may be necessary if the chain length is extended)
The Chain must be in the UP position.
Pressing and releasing the BLUE button will cause the LED to start flashing. The Chain enters calibration mode.
Pressing the BLUE button again will cause the chain to move down.
When the chain reaches the required down position (completely down), spring is next to magnetic switch press the blue button again. Spring should not be stretched.
This memorizes the down position.
On the Parklio app, connect to the chain and press the open button. The chain goes up.
Repeat the down and up process via the app one more time to calibrate the chain movement.
Please make sure not to have anything on the photocells during this time.
