How to Import License Plates into PMS Using a CSV File

If you need to add multiple license plates at once, the fastest and most efficient method is importing them through a CSV file. Follow the steps below to complete the process.

Step 1: Open the ANPR Section in PMS

Inside the PMS dashboard, select the parking lot where you want to add license plates.
Then click on the ANPR section of that parking lot.

Step 2: Open the Import Menu

On the right side of the screen, you will see the import options (see Picture 1).


Click Import (as marked in the image).
A new window will appear with the option to Download Sample CSV File. (see Picture 2)

Step 3: Download and Prepare the Sample CSV File

Download the Sample CSV File and open it.
You will see the format shown in Picture 3.


You can enter your own license plate data directly into this file.
Important:
Do not delete or modify the first line of the file.
The first line contains the required column headers and must remain unchanged for the import to work correctly.

Step 4: Save and Upload Your CSV File

Once you enter all the license plates, save the CSV file on your computer.
Return to PMS and upload the file using the same import process described earlier.

After uploading, PMS will automatically import all plates listed in your CSV file.
