AXIS ANPR - Updating the camera License plate verifier

1) Download Update file (https://share.parklio.com/s/PX7bZsyry9LDF8ZtZ5F4KiDaW4gE7c7N)
2) Install Axis Ip Utility (https://share.parklio.com/s/tiX3JYAZJj2EywESB2BwN29q4JJdH6eH)
3) Find the camera on the ip utilty
4) Login to the camera. Default Credentials are username: root , password: Parklio1234
5) On the left side tab goto Apps, click on Add app
6) Browse to the update file we provided and click install
7) After successful install disable License plate verifier in Apps menu
8) Reboot the camera
9) Enable License plate verifier
