Switching PMS Account to Connect Account
In a Connect account, a user is entitled to use only one parking lot, which is assigned automatically when the account is created.
Migration from PMS to Connect
When a user account is migrated from PMS to Connect, it is necessary that at least one parking lot is already assigned to the PMS account. This is required because it is not possible to create a Connect account without an associated parking lot.
Please note that migration from a PMS account to a Connect account can only be performed by the Parklio Sales Team or the Parklio Support Team.
