In the Parklio Connect App, it is not possible to assign a product name with fewer than 3 characters. This applies to names made up of letters, numbers, or a combination of both.

For example, if a client tries to change the default product name to P1, the app will not accept the change and will automatically revert the name to the previous version, provided that previous name contains 3 or more characters.

To successfully rename a Parklio product in the Parklio Connect App, the client must enter a name containing at least 3 characters.

Use Case Example

A client had 18 barriers and attempted to rename them from T1 to T18 in the Parklio Connect App.

The barriers named T10 to T18 were successfully renamed because these names contain 3 or more characters.

However, the barriers intended to be renamed T1 to T9 did not accept the changes, because these names contain only 2 characters. As a result, those barriers kept their default names.

This behavior confirms that the Parklio Connect App only accepts product names with a minimum of 3 characters, including letters, numbers, or a combination of both.
