Setting New Administrator for Parklio Connect
All Parklio devices are added through the Parklio Connect app, and the same rule applies to all of them: the first user who logs in becomes the administrator. To change the administrator of a Parklio product, you need to reset the device. For the Barrier, the reset button is located on the electronic box inside the cover. For the Bollard, Gate, and Chain, you need to reset the Parklio Brain device located inside the product. This will remove the device from the previous account and make it available to be added again.
Important!! Reset of Parklio devices will also delete all shared keys and keyfobs for Barrier.
