Outlook mail and verification in Parklio App

Outlook mail and verification in Parklio App

At the moment, using the Outlook application and email service may cause difficulties with account verification for Parklio app users.

It appears that the Outlook app may block the verification link required to complete the registration process in the Parklio application. This is usually a built-in security measure, most commonly applied to business accounts. Users experiencing this issue are advised to consult their IT department for assistance.

There are two possible solutions:

  1. Consult your IT department to determine whether the Parklio domain can be added to the Outlook whitelist, allowing the verification link to open properly.

  2. Use an alternative email address for your Parklio account — preferably a Gmail address, which generally does not encounter such restrictions.
