Error Message: “Something Went Wrong” When Adding a Barrier in the Parklio Connect App
What to Do
1. Check the LED Indicator
- The client should check the LED light status on the Barrier according to the official instructions available here: https://support.parklio.com/portal/en/kb/articles/how-to-check-error-on-barrier
- The LED signal helps identify the type of hardware error and speeds up troubleshooting.
2. Contact Parklio Support
The client should send the following to the Parklio support team:
