In some cases, an issue cannot be resolved through standard troubleshooting. When this happens, you may be asked to send a telemetry report for the Barrier to the support team. Follow the steps below to generate and send the report:
- Connect to the Barrier using the app
Use the Parklio Connect App to establish a connection with the Barrier. - Open the “About” section
Once connected, navigate to the About section within the app. - Download the telemetry report
On the About screen, you will see telemetry information along with an option to download the report. Tap the download option to save the telemetry report. Send the report to support
Providing a telemetry report helps the support team analyze the issue more effectively and provide a more accurate solution.
