Poor Reception on Parklio Gate

Under typical urban operating conditions, the expected communication range of the Parklio Gate antenna is approximately 30–50 meters via Bluetooth and up to 20 meters via remote controller. In optimal conditions, the maximum range of both connection methods may extend up to 100 meters.

Possible causes:

Cause	Explanation and resolution
Antenna not installed	If the remote was purchased later, the antenna may not be included, in that case it is necessary to open the Gate cover and check whether the antenna is installed
Antenna disconnected	The antenna cable may have come loose inside the Gate
Obstacles/interference	Walls, metal structures or other devices can reduce signal. Position the devices so connection is handled without obstruction since Each wall or ceiling between the remote/phone and the Gate can reduce range by 1 to 30 metres.
Weak battery on remote	Low battery can reduce transmission range, replace the battery in the remote controller if the range has reduced over time
