PMS Page Goes Blank or Becomes Unresponsive After Clicking a Command?
If clicking on a command inside the PMS causes the page to go blank, ignore the action, or become unresponsive, the issue is likely due to your browser's automatic translation feature. This typically happens when the browser is set to translate English content into another language.
To resolve the issue:
-
Open your browser settings.
-
Navigate to the Languages section.
-
Disable automatic translation for English.
This will ensure the PMS interface works properly without interruptions.
📌 See the example below for how to disable translation in Google Chrome.
