LOGIN/SIGNUP issues

  1. PMS sign up requires an invite from the Parklio internal PMS as shown in User Manual.
  2. If it is a PMS account, on the Parklio Internal Dashboard support can check your status.
  3. The Pending Managers (invitation lasts for 48h and then you need to resend it so the user can sign up)
  4. When your account is marked as Connect or API, the user can't access the PMS. For activation of PMS account please contact Sales department to send you invite link again or to change your license to PMS.
