LED Light Constantly On or Constantly Off – Troubleshooting Guide
If the LED light on the Barrier is constantly on (not blinking) or constantly off, this may indicate a hardware issue. There are several possible causes that should be checked in the following order.
Possible Causes and How to Check
1. Cover Issue
In some cases, the problem may be related to the cover.
To check:

Open the electronic box.

Disconnect (pull out) the cover pin connector (check image below).

Observe the LED light.
2. Motor Tube Issue
The issue may also be related to the motor tube, although this is less common.
To check:
-
Open the electronic box.
-
Disconnect (pull out) the motor tube pin connector.
-
Observe the LED light.
-
If the LED light starts blinking, the problem is in the motor tube.
-
The motor tube should be replaced.
Note: The motor tube rarely causes this type of error, but it is still possible.
3. Electronic Box Failure
If the LED light remains constantly on or off even after disconnecting both the cover and motor tube pin connectors, the issue is most likely in the electronic box.
In this case:
This option should be considered after verifying that the cover and motor tube are not causing the issue.
