If the LED on the reset button blinks twice in a row, it usually means that the accelerometer cable has become disconnected. This can happen when inserting the Safety Pin if the user lifts the motor tube too high, which may cause the cable inside the tube to disconnect. This issue is also described in the User Manual.
To resolve it:

Disassemble the tube as shown in the video:
2. After opening the tube, you will see:

3. The white connector may become disconnected, so you need to reconnect it as shown in the previous picture.
The easiest way to do this is to use tweezers or a similar tool.
