LED is on all the time - Older version of barrier
If the LED light is constantly green, it likely indicates a hardware issue, preventing the barrier from functioning properly until the problem is resolved.
There is usually problem with motor tube or cover, which contains solar panel, sensor etc.
First we will check cover:
1. Open cover and find electronic box
2. DIsconnect battery
3. Open top of electronic box
4. Remove white connector marked on picture
5. Connect battery and check if reset button will turn off
If reset button turn off that means problem is in cover, if not check motor tube.
How to check motor tube:
1. Disassemble tube like in video:
2. When you open tube you will see:
3. Your white connector will be disconnected and you need to put it back like in picture before.
Easiest way is to use tweezers or similar tool for this task.
