Gateway Automatic Rebooting

Gateway Automatic Rebooting

In the event that the Gateway lacks network connectivity or the current network is unavailable, the device will display only the primary RESET indicator.

During this time, establishing a connection to the Gateway is restricted. Should the Gateway remain powered on in this condition for a prolonged duration, it will undergo an automatic reboot every 5–10 minutes.
If connectivity issues persist while the Gateway is online, check that network firewalls and port restrictions are not blocking the device. Ensure all required traffic is permitted for the Gateway to function correctly.

Furthermore, in cases involving a static IP configuration, it is required to establish a connection to the Gateway’s management interface prior to use, in order to manually define the network parameters.
