Devices Not Showing Up on a New Phone – Parklio Connect

When you log in on a new device while still being logged in on the old one, the App may not display your devices correctly. This happens because the app needs to download device data from the server during login on the new device. If the data is not properly synced or cached, the devices may not appear.

You can be logged in on multiple devices at the same time, as this is fully supported. However, it is important that the new device has a stable internet connection during login so the app can retrieve all device data from the server.

To resolve the issue:

  1. Make sure the new phone has an active internet connection.
  2. Log out of the Parklio Connect app on the new phone.
  3. Log back in using your administrator credentials.
  4. Wait for the application to synchronize the data from the server.

If the issue persists, try the following additional steps:

  1. Clear the application cache on the new phone
(Phone Settings → Apps → Parklio Connect → Clear Cache).
  2. Make sure the phone is connected to the internet.
  3. Log in again so the application can retrieve fresh data from the server.
