Devices Not Showing on New Phone — Parklio Connect

When you log in on a new device while still being logged in on the old device, the app may not pull the data correctly. This happens because the app needs to pull data from the server when logging in on a new device. If cached data is missing or not synced, the devices won't appear.


You can be logged in on multiple devices at the same time — this is supported. The key is to ensure the new device has a stable internet connection when logging in so it can download all your device data from the server.

  • Make sure your new phone has an active internet connection.

  • Log out of the Parklio Connect app on the new phone.

  • Log back in using your administrator credentials.

  • Wait for the application to synchronize the data from the server.


If the state remains unchanged, try the following steps:

  • Clear the application cache on the new phone
    (Phone Settings → Apps → Parklio Connect → Clear Cache).

  • Make sure the phone is connected to the internet.

  • Log in again — the application will then retrieve fresh data from the server.
