Car on top

Car on top

Every barrier is equipped with laser sensor on front side of barrier's cover and it has function to detect car on top of barrier.
If the Barrier detects that the vehicle is parked too close to or above the Barrier, the message CAR ON TOP will be displayed. In this case, it is possible to raise the Barrier
by clicking on the car icon and pressing FORCED WORK in the dialog box. Only the administrator/owner of the Barrier can do this.

If there is no obstacle too close or above barrier and you get CAR ON TOP in App, that means laser is damaged or just need cleaning. User should clean the laser according to the instructions in the user manual:

If you still get CAR ON TOP all the time, laser is damaged and cover need to be replaced. For replacing cover, please contact Parklio support department at: support@parklio.com
