Camera is Detecting Plates but Showing Offline in PMS - HIK ANPR

If camera is detecting plates but showing offline in PMS means that camera is working locally but the connection between the camera and Parklio PMS is broken. 

1. Check camera status in Hikvision Web Interface
  1. Open the camera via it's IP adress in a browser  Configuration  Network  Advanced Settings  Platform Access
  2. Check if the Registered status shows Online or Offline  if it is Offline, the issue is between the camera and Parklio servers 
2. Verify platform acess settings
  1. Platform access must be enabled
  2. Server Adress and Port must match URL and Port provided by Parklio
  3. Device ID and Key must match the UUID and Password from the app or PMS
3. Check PMS Setup Credentials
  1. Product list   Camera   Setup Credentials   verify that the IP address, Port and Password match the camera's settings    save any changes
4. Test & Refresh
  1. In the Hikvision web interface click Test    wait for "test successfull" message    refresh the page and check if status changes to Online (it may take several minutes)
5. Reboot the camera in PMS
