Bollard power Voltage and Power draw

Bollard power Voltage and Power draw

The bollard operates on a 230V power supply, which is the standard mains voltage across Europe. If you are in the United States, where the standard mains voltage is 115V-120V, we provide a transformer/voltage converter. This device ensures the safe operation of the bollard by converting the 120V US mains voltage to the required 230V.

For users who prefer a direct 24V power supply, the bollard board allows direct connection, bypassing the need for a mains voltage conversion.

Power Consumption & LED Functionality

  • The bollard itself draws approximately 200W during operation.
  • The internal LED lighting system is powered by 24VDC, supplied through the control board.
  • The LEDs change color based on the bollard’s status:
    • Solid blue/red when the bollard is raised
    • Flashing green during operation
  • If needed, the LEDs can be powered separately for custom applications.

This flexible power design ensures adaptability for different regions and operational preferences while maintaining safe and efficient functionality.
