Battery loses power quickly
If the battery is losing power unusually fast (for example, lasting only one week under regular use), there are a few possible causes to consider:
1. Damaged battery
You can check the battery condition by placing it on the charger and observing the LED indicator:
-
The LED should be on while charging and off when fully charged.
-
If the LED does not turn on at all while charging, and the App shows the battery is not full, the battery is likely damaged.
-
If the LED stays on or keeps blinking continuously, this also indicates battery damage.
2. Hardware issue (electronics, motor tube, or cover)
If the battery itself is not damaged, the issue may lie in another hardware component. The simplest way to check is to send a telemetry report to
support@parklio.com
The Parklio support team will analyze the data and provide you with a detailed report as soon as possible.
