The Battery Loses Power Quickly
If the battery is losing power unusually fast, for example if it lasts only one week under regular use, there are a few possible causes to consider:
1. Damaged battery
You can check the battery condition by placing it on the charger and observing the LED indicator:
- The LED should be on while the battery is charging and turn off when it is fully charged.
- If the LED does not turn on at all during charging, and the app shows that the battery is not full, the battery is likely damaged.
- If the LED stays on or continues blinking continuously, this also indicates that the battery is damaged.
2. Hardware issue (electronics, motor tube, or cover)
If the battery is not damaged, the issue may be caused by another hardware component. The easiest way to check this is to send a telemetry report to support@parklio.com. The Parklio support team will analyze the data and provide a detailed report as soon as possible.
