Battery loses power quickly

Battery loses power quickly

If battery is losing power quickly ( for example it last one week with regular usage) there could be few issues to resolve

  1. Battery is damaged - You can check that by putting battery on charger and see if LED light on battery is acting normal, LED is on while charging, LED is off when battery charged. If LED is not on at all and your battery status on App was not full that means battery is damaged. Also it is possible for LED light to be on or blinking all the time. That also means battery is damaged
  2. Something is wrong with electronics, motor tube or cover - If battery is not damaged that means problem is in another hardware part. Easiest way to check this is to send telemetry report to support@parklio.com and support team will check data and give you report asap.
