The Barrier Operates Too Slowly

If the Barrier is operating too slowly, first charge the battery. If that does not help, update the barrier firmware through the Barrier settings:

  1. Connect to the Barrier.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Place your mobile phone on the Barrier case.
  4. Tap Update firmware.

If the Update firmware option is not available, the barrier is already up to date. The latest Barrier firmware version is 1.4.8. and you can find this information at the bottom of the Settings page.

If none of the above helps, there may be a problem with the tube, and it will need to be replaced.
