If your Barrier is jammed there could be multiple reasons and solutions. First check if your Barrier is hit, there could be deformations in Safety Pin and arch and in that case only installing new parts can resolve situation.  Also if you Barrier is not installed on flat surface it is possible for jam problem to show up. In that case flatting surface and installing the Barrier properly can resolve problem.

If your Barrier is properly installed and never been hit, please follow next steps:

1. Check your battery status, empty battery is most common reason your barrier is jammed. Battery status can be found on top of page in Barrier's settings inside App.

2. If your battery is full, please try to use Force extend and Force lower command few times. This can resolve jamming if it is caused by dirt inside tube.

3. Unscrew lock tube check if there are any obstacles inside tube lock and motor tube. Clean it and screw back and test Barrier.
