Barrier connection for the first time
Ensure that the battery is fully charged. Devices come with a battery charged to 20% due to transportation legislation and optimum cold storage values.
When the device battery is connected to the barrier, the LED should blink with a green light.
Note: In a lot of cases, people move the barrier by holding it by the motor tube, which causes the accelerometer cable to get disconnected. It is a good idea to check the motor tube first in order to solve the problem faster.
After this is ensured, try scanning with your device.
Ensure that Bluetooth, Location and Internet are on because it will not be possible to add barrier.
Make sure the battery is fully charged. If needed, try to detach the battery from the device, wait for 2 minutes before reattaching it, and try to add the device again. Ensure that you have a working internet connection when adding the device.
